Terms & Conditions – Quick Launch Build

By booking the Quick Launch Build, you agree to the following:

Content Submission
All required content, notes, voice recordings, and/or materials must be submitted at least 1 hour before your scheduled kickoff call. This ensures we can use our time effectively to refine and finalize your offer. If content is not submitted on time, your project will be rescheduled.

Kickoff Call & Project Start
Your project officially begins after your kickoff call is completed.
If your kickoff call takes place later in the day or in the evening, your project timeline will begin the next business day. All timelines are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery & Turnaround
The Quick Launch Build is completed within 7 business days from the official project start date.
If you upgrade to the Full Build, delivery is extended to 10 business days.
Delays in communication or missing content may extend your timeline.

Revisions
Each project includes one revision. Additional revisions will require an additional fee.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your kickoff call up to three times. After three reschedules, your payment will be forfeited, and a new booking will be required.

Scope & Additional Work
This service includes only what is outlined in the Quick Launch Build deliverables. Any additional requests outside of this scope will require a separate invoice and must be approved before work begins.

Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legally owned (or licensed) content and materials. You also agree to respond in a timely manner to avoid delays in your project.

Design & Implementation Disclaimer
This service provides strategy, messaging, and implementation. While your build is designed to support conversions, we do not guarantee specific results, sales, or performance outcomes.

Communication
All communication must take place through the designated channels. Delayed responses may result in project delays.

By booking this service, you agree to the following:

Content Submission: You must provide all required content, files, and assets at least 48 hours before your scheduled project start date. Projects will be rescheduled if content is incomplete or missing.

Project Start Date: The scheduled start date is when work begins. Work will not begin before this date. All delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).

Revisions: Each project includes one revision. Additional revisions will be billed separately.

Rescheduling: Your project may be rescheduled a maximum of three times. After three reschedules, your payment will be forfeited, and a new payment is required to start a fresh project.

Scope & Additional Work: Any work requested beyond the original scope will require a separate invoice. Work will not begin until the additional invoice is paid.

Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Delivery & Turnaround: Turnaround is based on receipt of complete content by the agreed deadline. Missing or delayed content may extend delivery time.

Client Responsibilities: You confirm that all content and materials provided are accurate, complete, and owned or licensed for use. You are responsible for supplying correct information, images, and assets.

Liability: We are not responsible for website performance, traffic, or conversions. Our service is design and messaging implementation only.

Communication: All project communication must occur via the channels provided. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in project delays.

HOSTED TRIPS & TRAVEL EXPERIENCES

Participation Requirements

By purchasing and/or participating in a hosted trip or travel experience, You acknowledge and agree that:

You are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating.

You are responsible for securing Your own travel documents (passport, visa, identification).

You are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules, and customs.

Behavior & Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a trip or experience without refund if, at Our sole discretion, their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or negatively impacts the group, the host, or vendors.

This includes—but is not limited to—personal conflicts, hostility, or unresolved issues with the host. If You have personal issues or “beef” with the host, this is not the environment for that, and participation may be denied or revoked.

Assumption of Risk

Travel inherently involves risks including, but not limited to, illness, injury, delays, cancellations, accidents, and acts outside of Our control. By participating, You voluntarily assume all such risks.

byteetrips is not responsible for acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, transportation providers, vendors, or other third parties.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS (HOSTED TRIPS)

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full prior to departure. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of participation without refund.

Missed payments, late payments, or declined payments may result in cancellation of Your booking.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products are delivered electronically and are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not:

Share, resell, distribute, or reproduce digital products

Claim ownership of any digital materials

Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or earnings.

MERCHANDISE

All merchandise sales are final unless otherwise specified.

We are not responsible for sizing issues, color variations, or wear-and-tear after delivery. Shipping timelines may vary.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, designs, branding, images, videos, text, and trademarks are the property of byteetrips or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

USER SUBMISSIONS & MEDIA RELEASE

By submitting content (photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, or other materials), You grant byteetrips a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such materials for business and marketing purposes unless You explicitly state otherwise in writing.

DISCLAIMERS

All Offerings are provided for educational, experiential, and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, experiences, results, or satisfaction. Participation is voluntary and at Your own discretion.

byteetrips is not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third parties or circumstances beyond Our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, byteetrips shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Your use of or participation in any Offering.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless byteetrips, its owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Your participation in any Offering.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke access, or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed inappropriate.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
